Currently we are accepting vendors, signups for volunteers, and donations for our raffle. See the attached flyers for more details!

Lots of opportunity to help at this event. I can break down the jobs to help find the right fit. You can volunteer to work for one hour or more. Some need a little more grunt work and some are easy. Teenagers are welcome! Kids under 13 years need to be accompanied by an adult.

• Setup is between 9-12pm

• To help during the event it is 12:30-4:30

• Breakdown is between 3:30-5:30
